Palin to campaign for McCain in Arizona

WASHINGTON - Sarah Palin and Sen. John McCain plan to campaign together again.

The Arizona Republican announced Wednesday that the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential candidate will join him in Phoenix on March 26 to help campaign for his re-election to the U.S. Senate.

Palin is scheduled to attend a private fundraising event that evening. The next day, she and McCain will appear together at a public event, likely a rally, according to McCain spokeswoman Brooke Buchanan.

“I’m looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail with my former running mate, and I know my fellow Arizonans will welcome her, as well,” McCain said in a statement. “Sarah energized our nation and remains a leading voice in the Republican Party.”

I don’t claim to be an expert in the field of political science. My expertise tends to lean a bit more towards military and law enforcement matters, but I have got to tell you, expert or not, I am still highly opinionated where politics is concerned and I am about to go OFF on this one.

I may lose a few readers and fans over what I am about to say, but that’s the breaks when you tell it like it really is.

I didn’t buy her book, I’m not going to waste my hard earned money, I wouldn’t pay to watch her speak if she she was BUCK NEKKID and I don’t watch her on FOX, or any other network if I can get the channel changed fast enough. I try to tune that annoying voice OUT!

I am NOT a Palin fan. I have long said, and pissed off many people by doing so, but I firmly believe that if Palin is the BEST the RNC can offer up, we are is some seriously deep poop. I said it when she was running with McCain on the GOP ticket, I have made it a topic in more than a few posts on this blog and I have yet to see anything to convince me otherwise.

Supporting McCain now is just further proof to me that Palin is about 3 sandwiches short of a picnic, and one of these days folks are going to receive the shock of a lifetime when that woman shows the REAL Sarah Palin, and I think she’s getting closer to it every day!

John McCain is nothing more than an OLD, used up RINO. He is a wild card at best. You never know what McCain is going to do or who he’s going to side with.. If Palin supporting him doesn’t open your eyes up the the lack of Conservatism that Sarah Palin possesses, I don’t guess anything will.

Palin has criticized McCain’s campaign since their loss, saying in her book “Going Rogue” that there was substantial tension between her advisers and McCain’s. She also details how she was prevented from delivering a concession speech in Phoenix on Election Night, and how she’d been kept “bottled up” from reporters during the campaign.

Yet she trots out to support the old reprobate. Folks, I am NOT about to speak well of anyone that supports John McCain. I can’t support ANYONE that is a RINO or anyone that would support a RINO, for ANY office.

I have heard many excuses made about Palin. Most say that McCain, and/or his campaign, had her so tightly controlled that she was not allowed to show the REAL Sarah. Some say that the goofy speech patterns she used were a direct result of McCain campaign control, you betcha!

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned? So WHY is she running back to the McCain camp to offer her support by campaigning for him in his bid to continue a career that should have ended a long time ago?

I know we’ll never have political perfection in America, it’s an impossibility, but some common sense would be nice. Having folks that actually learned from their mistakes would be good too. All I am seeing from Palin is a new Susie Cheerleader routine. That’s not the kind of leadership this nation needs.
