Governor Perry supports sending troops to Mexico

Gov. Rick Perry said deploying U.S. soldiers to Mexico should be one option to curb drug cartel violence in border cities, but only if Mexico invites the Americans.

“I think we have to use every aspect of law enforcement that we have, including the military,” Perry said during an interview Thursday with MSNBC. “I think you have the same situation as you had in Colombia.”

Perry, the new chairman of the Republican Governors Association, has been touring the country promoting his anti-Washington book, “Fed Up!”

The governor’s spokeswoman, Katherine Cesinger, said Perry was simply responding to a question and counted U.S. military involvement in Mexico as one of many options the federal government should consider.

Texas Governor Rick Perry is a MORON!

Perry has NO CLUE concerning the depth of corruption that exists in our neighbor to the south. He is also, quite obviously, NOT a student of history or current events.

America is NOT the policeman of the world.

The bottom line is we need to keep all of our options on the table when talking about how to deal with the effects of this drug war, and how to protect Americans against the effects of this drug war,” Cesinger said Friday.

The ONLY option that we need to consider is this: SECURE THE BORDER!

If Rick Perry wants to use troops, let them be used in a way that is effective. Let them patrol OUR border, and the waterways of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean. Let them stop the ILLEGALS that are crossing our borders. Let them stop the cartels that are bringing their poisons into this nation. Let them secure that border and stop the influx of Muslim insurgents. An everyday activity itself.

In the interview, Perry said the Mexican government would need to approve of U.S. intervention.

Ricardo Alday, a spokesman for the Mexican Embassy in Washington, D.C., said such an invitation would never happen.

Mexico, it’s people and government, don’t want U.S. troops on their soil in any way, shape, form or fashion. The American people, and most of our government, don’t want U.S. troops in Mexico. Well, if you don’t count some moron like Rick Perry.

“Mexico has reiterated on repeated occasions that the presence of U.S. troops on Mexican soil is not and will not be an option,” Alday said in a statement. “It seems that some U.S. politicians insist on electoral campaigning, even as the election ended November 2.”

Perry won a third term as governor that day and has said he is not running for president.

Perry says he isn’t running for POTUS in 2012? Isn’t that what they all say? The Mexicans have Perry’s number as much as most Texans do. Look for Perry to begin an exploration in the near future.

In his national television appearance, he said the U.S. government has been deficient in securing the country’s southern border from drug gangs.

“The fact of the matter is these are people who are highly motivated with money. They are vicious. They are armed to the teeth, and I want to see them defeated,” Perry said.

He also said the United States should use any means “to run these people off our border and to save Americans’ lives.”

Perry has a good idea once in a while. Then he goes off the reservation with his ‘we need OUR troops in Mexico’ thing. If we send OUR troops to Mexico it doesn’t need to be a cross-border, joint task force operation. It needs to be a full blown invade and conquer move, right after massive carpet bombing of ALL Mexican cities. You have to soften up the objective!

Do ANY of you see that ever happening? It won’t happen under Obama, that is a certainty.

Neither Perry nor his spokeswoman specified how sending U.S. soldiers into Mexico would help quell the violence.

As said previously, Perry has NO CLUE. He can talk, he can campaign, he can BS his Texas GOP base into making him the longest serving Governor in Texas history, but when it comes to the violence on our border, when it comes to the best way to stop that violence and secure our borders, Perry is clueless on what to do or how to do it.

Official: 72 found dead in Mexico may be migrants

MEXICO CITY – A survivor has told police that 72 people found dead at a ranch near the Mexican border with Texas were migrants kidnapped by an armed group, a federal official said Wednesday.

The bodies of 58 men and 14 women were discovered Tuesday when Marines manning a checkpoint on a highway in the northern state of Tamaulipas were approached by a wounded man who said he had been attacked by gang gunmen at a nearby ranch.

A federal official said that man had identified himself an illegal migrant. The man said he and other migrants had been kidnapped by an armed group and taken to the ranch in San Fernando, a town about 100 miles (160 kilometers) south of Brownsville, Texas, according to the federal official, who had access to the investigation. He spoke on condition of anonymity because the was not authorized to speak publicly about the case.

The official said police believe the migrants were mostly from Central America — a population that has been increasingly targeted by drug gangs who demand money from U.S.-bound foreigners or who kidnap them to claim ransoms from relatives in the United States or their home countries.

It’s all about perception.

Perception – noun

5. Law . the taking into possession of rents, crops, profits, etc.

It’s ALL in how you look at it!

How many times have we heard those that support and defend the ILLEGALS that are flooding this nation and helping to further tank our economy say, “But they’re only seeking jobs and a new homeland. They only want to do the jobs that Americans won’t do.”

Well, it looks like the cartels are, in a ’roundabout way’, actually DOING the job that Americans won’t do. They are keeping a great many potential ILLEGALS out of the USA.

I can almost hear the cries of racist and bigot coming from Long Beach…

Investigators have not determined who was behind the massacre, but the federal official noted that the area is controlled by the Zetas drug cartel, which has diversified into kidnapping migrants.

I would say that Los Zetas would be an excellent place to start looking for suspects.

The scale of the massacre of migrants appeared to be unprecedented even by the gruesome standards of Mexican drug cartels.

Obviously, the cartels are stepping up their efforts to control their territory and instill fear in ANY that dare to cross paths with them. I include the Mexican government in that too. The cartels want the government to fear them, and indeed, I believe they do.

The newspaper Reforma, citing a police report, said that that the migrants were trying to reach the U.S. border and were killed when they refused to pay extortion fees demanded by the armed group. Reforma said the survivor was from Ecuador. The federal officials could not immediately confirm those details.

I don’t suppose it matters where they are from, they were headed to the USA, and were, pardon the pun, dead set on entering OUR nation illegally.

The Navy said it dispatched aircraft to check out the man’s report and when the gunmen saw the marines, they opened fire and tried to flee in a convoy of vehicles. One marine and three of the suspects were killed in the shootout.

Man with neo-Nazi ties leading patrols in AZ

PHOENIX (AP) - Minutemen groups, a surge in Border Patrol agents, and a tough new immigration law aren’t enough for a reputed neo-Nazi who’s now leading a militia in the Arizona desert.

Jason “J.T.” Ready is taking matters into his own hands, declaring war on “narco-terrorists” and keeping an eye out for illegal immigrants. So far, he says his patrols have only found a few border crossers who were given water and handed over to the Border Patrol. Once, they also found a decaying body in a wash, and alerted authorities.

But local law enforcement are nervous given that Ready’s group is heavily armed and identifies with the National Socialist Movement, an organization that believes only non-Jewish, white heterosexuals should be American citizens and that everyone who isn’t white should leave the country “peacefully or by force.”

“We’re not going to sit around and wait for the government anymore,” Ready said. “This is what our founding fathers did.”

As with ALL organizations, there are some good points and there are some bad points. With the neo-Nazi movement I would have to say, the bad far outweighs the good. Just the name alone conjures up terroristic images.

I personally have NO issues with Jewish people, nor do I have ANY issue with BLACK people, in fact, some of the best people I have known are Black folks and they are as much against the most sorry individuals among us as I am. It’s not a *racist* issue, it’s a good vs bad issue!

I am all for Americans taking an active interest in border security and patrol. I was a serious supporter of the Minutemen until they let internal strife tear them apart.

I DO have issues with the ideas that the neo-Nazis have in regards to Black people not being allowed American citizenship simply because they are Black. We have ILLEGAL invaders that are overwhelming this nation, and they truly are invaders. The Black race was brought to this nation against their will. They were enslaved, freed, and over time, given, or I should say, earned, full citizenship. They then, for the most part, assimilated to the American way of life.

I can fully understand the neo-Nazis desire to stop the ILLEGAL invasion that is killing America, but they seriously need to realize, not all Black or Jewish people are bad, nor are they all good.

The very same thing can be said about WHITE people, and all other races.

But Ready, a 37-year-old ex-Marine, is different. He and his friends are outfitted with military fatigues, body armor and gas masks, and carry assault rifles. Ready takes offense at the term “neo-Nazi,” but admits he identifies with the National Socialist Movement.

I wonder? Would Ready be more comfortable with the label of plain old Nazi?

The National Socialist Movement is a SOCIALIST organization. Wake up Ready! Barack Hussein Obama is a socialist, just like you. The only difference is, he’s half WHITE, not full. Other than that, isn’t he your ideological *brother*?

Ready is a reflection of the anger over illegal immigration in Arizona.

No, not really… Most of us that are angry over the ILLEGAL invaders, and the issues all along the US/Mexico border, are American PATRIOTS, not swastika wearing neo-Nazi socialists.

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said there haven’t been any incidents with the group as they patrol his jurisdiction, which includes several busy immigrant smuggling corridors. But Babeu is concerned because an untrained group acting without the authority of the law could cause “extreme problems,” and put themselves and others in danger.

“I’m not inviting them. And in fact, I’d rather they not come,” Babeu said. “Especially those who espouse hatred or bigotry such as his.”

Law enforcement officials said patrols like Ready’s could undercut the work of the thousands of officers on duty every day across the border, especially if they try to enforce the law themselves in carrying out vigilante justice.

Fear grips Mexican border families amid violence

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico (AP) - Elodia Ortiz drops her children at school in the morning, picks them up in the afternoon and makes an occasional trip to the supermarket. Anything else, she says, is too dangerous.

Parents in Ciudad Juarez, just across the border from El Paso, Texas, are afraid to venture into the streets amid a turf war between two powerful drug cartels that has left more than 4,500 people dead during the past two years.

Their fears spiked last weekend when hit men attacked two white SUVs leaving a birthday party, killing parents from two U.S. Consulate families in front of their screaming children.

The violence has risen to such levels in Ciudad Juarez that everyone feels at risk in the city of 1.3 million, where innocent people have been increasingly caught in the crossfire. Hit men have gone to wrong addresses or shot indiscriminately into homes, mowing down not only the targeted people but anyone nearby.

I’ve been taken to task by those that believe themselves to be erudite conservatives.

They attack me for my views on ILLEGALS, their presence in this nation and how I believe they need to be dealt with.

I have made no secret of the fact that I believe our southern border should be manned by the National Guard. I also believe that the National Guard should be fully armed and ready for any combat operation necessary to repel these invaders, by ANY means.

I have been called racist, heartless, cruel, mean, ignorant and red neck. A plethora of names have been tossed and accusations have been made against me and this blog simply because I STILL stand for America 1st and the sovereignty of our borders.

Well, all I can say regarding that is this, if I am stirring up these self described conservatives, if my views on what needs to be done to protect this nation is angering them, then I must be doing something RIGHT!

Mothers have driven into daytime shootouts, bending over their children to protect them. Toddlers have been fatally pierced by bullets while playing on the swings at city playgrounds. Waitresses have been slain for having the misfortune of serving marked men.

“We’re shut in our house,” said Ortiz, a mother of five, as she stood outside Vicente Guerrero elementary school, her 7-year-old daughter clinging to her as she shyly eyed other students walking by. “We have to get to school, we have to work. But we’re afraid when we leave.”

These people are being forced to lead miserable lives. I am truly sorry for their plight. I mean that in all sincerity. But I am not so sympathetic to their cause that I want their violence and their lifestyle to spill over into the United States, any more than it already has.

I wish their lives were different. I wish their lives were better, but they are suffering the result of a totally corrupt, socialist government. A government that has left their police and military powerless to do anything to rectify their situation due to massive internal corruption.

Take a very close look at the current situation in Mexico folks. That is us in a very short time if this socialist demagog that goes by the name of Barack Hussein Obama is allowed to continue.

Border security is a joke. It was a joke under Bush 43, Clinton, Bush 41 and every other U.S. president in recent American history. Border security is nothing more than a few Border Patrol agents, out numbered and out gunned, toiling in the night, trying to round up vast numbers of ILLEGALS, not to mention the drug runners and potential terrorists that cross into the USA on a daily basis.

Wasn’t that Virtual Border Fence supposed to be in place and make it unnecessary to place boots on the ground in an effort to stop the invasion?
