No more government bailouts!

No more government bailouts!

Washington needs to know that this increasingly pervasive embrace of bailouts must be stopped before it drowns us in debt and destroys our national tradition of self-reliance. Sign this petition and add your voice to a growing chorus of Americans who are fed up with Washington and sending a simple message: “STOP!?

This Web site is just one part of an effort to turn the tide on the bailout mentality that has seemingly taken over our federal government. When billions of taxpayer dollars are carelessly dispensed with little or no oversight to companies mired in the consequences of their own mismanagement, Americans must express their outrage in ways that are civil yet effective. For lack of a better word, we are dumping tea into a digital harbor in hopes that federal lawmakers will stop the madness and find sensible approaches to our nation’s financial challenges.

SOURCE: No Government Bailouts

It’s not just the bailouts, it’s about losing America, it’s about the idea that anyone that talks about the bailouts, and any possible solution is now a labeled as a Domestic Terrorist.

We here in Texas are more than prepared to declare our sovereignty and leave the USA, if necessary, that would be a last resort of course, but Texas and her people are FED UP!!

Please visit this site, No Government Bailouts, sign the petition, send them your thoughts and comments. This fight is NOT over, it’s just getting started! And by God, I will fight until I die, this cause is that important.

Our children owe thousands of dollars, our grand children owe thousands of dollars, their grand children already owe thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, and right now is the time for us to either stop these cretins on BOTH sides of the aisle or it’s time to take Texas back and return her to a FREE and Independent REPUBLIC!

Perry talks through his teeth at all times. He has an adjenda and that is to keep the good people of Texas hanging on this phrase until he’s re-elected. We must realize and shout it from all roof tops that Perry along with all politicians HAVE NEVER…I REPEAT, NEVER INITIATED OR INSTALLED ANY LAWS OR BILLS THAT HAVE BENEFITED THE TOTAL MAJORITY.

It should be obvious to all intelegent Americans that they do things to benefit themselves and their bank accounts and we should never allow them to persuade us to think differently. Actions speak louder than words. Until we see the actions, we should not trust nor believe any politician. This is why we are in this mess. We believed Busch, Clinton, Busch, Reagan and on and on.

I guess we Texans and other Americans feel satisfied with our way of life.
Will someone please give me a list of why we should be satisfied Fred.

Of course they all have an agenda. That is what gets them elected, but after the election it’s more like most just don’t listen anymore.

I’m also quite aware that no law ever passed will please, or benefit the total majority. Whatever that is, thank God.

We live in a Constitutional Republic with a Bill of Rights, not a democracy where mob rule is the name of the game. That way that “majority” can’t do something along the lines of say, impose Islam just because it may be politically correct at the time.

Now, if the people that we elect would just remember that!

So, Ingrid, I am guessing you really don’t like Perry huh?? :?

Sorry, but he is the only one I see doing a damn thing at the moment, and as far as making a list, I am ON lists, I don’t MAKE lists…

You know what’s going to happen in a few years? They’re going to raid the Social Security trust fund to pay down the debt.

Hey Fred, I just signed the petition, and answered all the questions. You know the part at the bottom of the petition for comments? Here is my comment:

Read the Constitution of the United States. All of the above are unconstitutional. Our elected representatives are breaking the laws of the land, and getting away with it, while at the same time destroying our capitalistic based economy, usurping our freedom, and in general, attempting to change a democratic republic into a socialist/communist state.

It may be that I do not vote for a single incumbent next year. Getting the message you crooked Beltway Bozos? As far as I’m concerned you should all be frog-marched out of your offices and sent to Gitmo for a little fun in the sun, at taxpayers’ expense of course, but it would be worth the expense just to get your thieving butts out of D.C.

Look Ingrid, I’ve never been a big Perry fan especially due to his support for the Trans Texas Corridor (NAFTA highway). But I’m with Fred on this. Even if Perry is obviously campaigning, he has the guts to tell it like it is and he took a big chance doing that. It should be obvious to you that if the leftist controlled MSM (mainstream media) is out to crucify Perry for his remarks, then he’s finally on the right side! Additionally, if you look at the Texas economy, which leads the nation in prosperity, some of the credit has to go to Perry! Additionally, Perry spoke about the Texas option of secession which now opens this DHS forbidden topic for all of us. Give the guy some credit and stop carping.

    Fred:
I have never been a fan of Gov. Perry; however in this case the old saying “The enemy of my enemy is my friend” might be true. At least for a while.

On slightly different topic. I was as escorted out (by two very large nice PDS officers) of a Senate committee meeting last week. I was speaking in favor of SB358 which would bar all State funds to the “Sanctuary Cities” of Texas. State Senator John Carona (District 16, Dallas) objected to my rather blunt warning about who would be held responsible for any future murder or rape by known criminal illegal aliens in any of those cities (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Houston, etc.).

Am planning to comment on the companion House bill HR404 being held Tuesday, 4/21/09 at 2:00 p.m. at the John H. Reagan Bldg., #140.

If you don’t hear from me after tomorrow, please check the Travis county jail.
