Mexico asks court to reject Ariz. immigration law

PHOENIX (AP) - Mexico is asking a federal court in Arizona to declare the state’s new immigration law unconstitutional.

Lawyers for Mexico on Tuesday submitted a legal brief in support of a lawsuit challenging the law.

The law generally requires police investigating another incident or crime to ask people about their immigration status if there’s a “reasonable suspicion” they’re in the country illegally.

It also makes being in Arizona illegally a misdemeanor, and it prohibits seeking day-labor work along the state’s streets.

Mexico says its interest in having consistent relations with the United States shouldn’t be frustrated by one state.

Mexico also says it has a legitimate interest in defending its citizens’ rights and that the law would lead to racial profiling.

Mexico can go pound sand in the desert, and they have plenty of it too. At what point did WE become responsible for Mexico? And what, exactly, does this mean, “Mexico also says it has a legitimate interest in defending its citizens’ rights”?

Mexico doesn’t give a DAMN about their citizens, and anyone stupid enough to enter Mexico illegally will soon find out that the words human rights are NOT in the Mexican vocabulary.

Watch this video, see what it is that we here in Texas, and certainly in other border states are up against.

We don’t have a President, a Senate, a Congress or a Governor that gives a damn about the Texas border.

Rick Perry, aka: Gov. Goodhair, only cares about his political future. He is almost as useless as his opponent, Houston Mayor Bill White, a sad excuse for a Texan if there ever was one. White was a big part of Houston becoming a sanctuary city for ILLEGALS.

Obama cedes parts of Arizona to Mexico, SOURCE. Where does it end? When does it end? And most importantly, HOW does it end?

Why is Mexico even allowed to be heard in a US Federal Court?

Just tell ‘em “No, you can’t use the phone so get back outside and finish mowing the lawn! And bring us some more of those tamales!”

That is an excellent question Gawfer… I wish I had an answer that didn’t point to the Asshole in Chief by I’m afraid he’s giving this nation away faster than we can report on it, him and any court that would HEAR this Mexican bullshit…

Screw Mexico! Time to open fire from this side of the border. Then invade that cesspool of a country and set things straight. Saw that video yesterday Fred, when the sherrif wants all citizens to arm themselves, you know we have some serious problems. Have to travel through there next week and I will be armed.

It is so pathetic that our citizens living on the border in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona have to feel like they are under attack and living in a war zone while our POS POTUS plays golf and dares them to defend themselves. I’m with Kate… Mexico can kiss it!
    Pathetic!!!

This is unbelievable! Mexico with some of the harshest immigration laws in the world is suing Arizona, one of our states, for enforcing our laws. Unfortunately, our president gave them the go ahead. What this country needs is a real President, not some poser who wants to use the office as a big party.

Americans better wake up fast. What is happening in the border towns is going to happen all over America soon. Hispanic gangs are already running the streets in some cities.

How exactly does Mexico have legal standing to sue Arizona?

How about we put volunteers armed with M-60s and a million rounds of ammo each on the border every 60 ft with orders to shoot anything that moves? Do you think the government of the border states would mind? Any volunteers?

Check out this story. It tells that the Drug Cartel have set up look-out post in the Arizona hills. Now if this is not an ‘Invasion’…I don’t know what is.

Link about Drug gangs and lookout post…

We need some Apache helicopters or a Predator Drone with some Hellfire missles to fly over and take out these look-out post. We blow a few of these up and they will think twice about setting more up on American soil.
