Beck’s goal in Jones case: Scare whites

Given Glenn Beck’s powerful platform, it’s amazing that the best he can do is forcing out President Obama’s czar for green jobs.
Van Jones, who was named a special adviser at the White House Council for Environmental Quality, was forced to resign after Fox News commentator Beck outed him as a black radical.
Jones’ biggest sin was calling Republicans the “a” word. He also signed a petition that questioned whether the Bush administration officials might have deliberately allowed 9/11 to happen as a pretext of war.
As ridiculous as that might sound, a lot of black people distrusted Bush to the point that they thought anything was possible.

Beck’s goal in Jones case: Scare whites
So, does that make it OK if my biggest sin is calling people like you the “N” word? And making a statement here in my own blog saying that YOU are a racist? I believe your words make the case, but is it OK for me to say it? It’s just words, and words, after all is said and done, don’t really hurt anyone. Do they? Sticks and Stones, and all that…
After Beck’s outrageous comments that Obama “is a racist” prompted ColorofChange.org to lead an advertising boycott against his show, Beck responded with an all-out assault on Jones.
An “all out assault” huh? And I guess you’ll be pushing “the smear campaign” thing too, right? How can using Van Jones own words, not just from print media, but from many recorded media sources, his talks with Mumia Abu-Jamal, his own admissions that he IS a communist, you know, just a few little things like that, how can we possibly be “smearing” this man in an “all out assault“? Perhaps Van Jones should have thought before he spoke. Perhaps Van Jones, and race baiters like YOU need to realize, there ARE consequences for ALL of your words and actions!
Van Jones IS an admitted communist. He is a “9-11 Truther”. He is a Black Radical. He is, at the very least, sympathetic to the plight of Mumia Abu-Jamal.
On December 9, 1981, in Philadelphia, close to the intersection at 13th and Locust Streets, Mumia shot and killed Philadelphia Police Department officer Daniel Faulkner during a traffic stop. The stopped vehicle belonged to William Cook, Abu-Jamal’s younger brother. During the incident, Abu-Jamal was wounded by a shot from Faulkner, collapsed on the sidewalk, and was apprehended by the police. He was taken directly from the scene of the shooting to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he received treatment for his injuries. He was later charged with the first-degree murder of Daniel Faulkner. SOURCE
Van Jones own words, and the words, as well as facts, presented by others, stand in testament to those accusations.
