Fox’s Glenn Beck says he believes Obama is racist

NEW YORK (AP) – Fox News Channel commentator Glenn Beck said he believes President Barack Obama is a racist. Beck made the statement during a guest appearance Tuesday on the “Fox & Friends? morning show. He said Obama has exposed himself as a person with “a deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture.?

His remarks came during a discussion of Obama’s reaction to the arrest of Harvard University scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. Gates is black and was arrested for disorderly conduct by a white policeman over a misunderstanding about a break-in at Gates’ home.

An Obama spokesman, William Burton, said the White House had no comment on Beck.

Beck’s statement was challenged on the air by Fox host Brian Kilmeade, who noted that most of the people who work for the nation’s first black president are white.

“I’m not saying he doesn’t like white people,? Beck said. “He has a problem. This guy is, I believe, a racist.?

Fox’s Glenn Beck says he believes Obama is racist

Personally, I believe that Glenn Beck is 100%, dead center, square on the mark. But here’s the real truth about being *on the mark* in the MSM, even with the mighty FOX News Network, sometimes, no matter how right you are, your words are going to come back to haunt you, and possibly cost you a job. Ask E.D. Hill.

E.D. Hill and her show, “America’s Pulse? has been removed from her time slot at Fox, because of something she said in her news presentation . On June 6th last, on her former program, “America’s Pulse,? E.D. Hill teased in a segment about body-language about Obama’s fist bump with his wife Michelle.

Obama supporters and the leftist blogs on the web were in a rage and an uproar about the comments, and George Soros’ “Media Matters? began a campaign encouraging people to contact Fox and complaint about what is in their view an unforgivable slight of Obama and Michelle.

Fox Removes E.D. Hill and Her Show

E.D. Hill makes a crack about the fist bump, an exhibition of ghetto solidarity if ever there was one, and *poof*, she’s history.

And just today, Michelle Malkin was on Glenn Beck’s program. I know she wasn’t directly involved but she was present when FOX made a reference to Michelle Obama being the BABY MAMA!

NEW YORK (AP) – Fox News Channel referred to Michelle Obama as “Obama’s baby mama? in a graphic on Wednesday, the latest in a trio of references to the Democratic presidential campaign that have given fuel to network critics.

The graphic “Outraged liberals: Stop picking on Obama’s baby mama? was flashed during an interview with conservative columnist Michelle Malkin about whether Barack Obama’s wife has been the target of unfair criticism.

My story on that incident is HERE but it appears that MyWay or AP has removed the story from their link.

Bill Shine, senior vice president of programming at Fox, said in a statement that a producer “exercised poor judgment? during the segment. The producer was not fired; no other disciplinary action was announced. Hill’s “terrorist fist jab? comment came in a tease to a segment on the candidates’ body language, and it wasn’t repeated during the subsequent interview. She told Fox it was taken from something she had read online.

The terrorist fist jab, that one may have been over the line a bit, I don’t recall ever seeing terrorists celebrating with the fist jab, more commonly referred to as a knuckle bump, I really didn’t see anything terroristic about that, what I saw was a demonstration of ghetto solidarity.

Those were my words regarding it then and I stand with those words today! Racism, and racial gestures have been glaringly apparent in the Obama’s since before the Rev. Wright thing came to be public knowledge. Anyone could watch, hear the words, READ the words from Obama’s book, listen to his tales about his white grandmother. Barack Hussein Obama IS a racist. Maybe not as openly racist as some folks, but a racist nonetheless.

So, let’s venture back to the HYPOCRISY of FOX News. Maybe it’s not WHO you know, if you get my drift. From the original story;

Bill Shine, Fox News senior vice president of programming, told the TVNewswer Web site that Beck had “expressed a personal opinion which represented his own views, not those of the Fox News Channel. And as with all commentators in the cable news arena, he is given the freedom to express his opinions.?

I guess E.D. Hill just didn’t have the stroke to keep her job after making a comment that was perceived to be a racial, or hateful comment. Hopefully, Beck is too much of a draw for FOX, too strong a personality for FOX to just axe after saying that the President of the United States is a racist.

I hope so. I like Glenn Beck, a lot. And I agree with him on nearly everything he says, and if he has that necessary stroke, he’ll be OK. After all, it’s FOX News, and the media is a fickle lot. One guy can get by with murder and another guy can’t say BOO!

Shepard Smith never missed a day of work for this little faux pas; FOXNews Shepard Smith: We don’t f*cking torture Just sayin…

And to offer further documentation that Barack Hussein Obama IS a racist, I present a few quotes from his book, Dreams of My Father, HIS writings. Some quotes taken from the book;

From Dreams of My Father: ‘I ceased to advertise my mother’s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.’

From Dreams of My Father: ’I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother’s race.’

From Dreams of My Father: ‘There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.’

From Dreams of My Father: ‘It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.’

From Dreams of My Father: ‘I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn’t speak to my own. It was into my father’s image, the black man, son of Africa, that I’d packed all the attributes I sought in myself: the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.’

If that doesn’t seal the deal for you, you’re a blind Dem/Libber or a miserable RINO apologist suffering your own brand of White Guilt.

Obama is a racist. I kept telling people that all last year. But they believed the hype, the rhetoric.

Now we all will suffer because of them.

  2. comment number 2 by: Vigilante

A Narcissistic racist at that!!! When he called the Cambridge LEO “stupid” it removed all doubt.

They can Glenn, I’ve lost my only news outlet, cuz any station that will keep that moron Smith, and kick Glenn to the curb, ain’t worth my time.

Yeah, Obumbler might have whites in his administration, but it’s because they kiss his ass and believe in Marxism, just like him. Oh yeah….he’s a racist, no doubt in my mind, and as was said above, that little “stupidly” comment brought it out in the open.

I am really not believing the number of people that are running from this post…

Here on the blog, on Facebook too, and some on Facebook that are saying Obama isn’t a racist, he’s just confused or some such…

I am really amazed at the self proclaimed Conservatives and all around assumed patriots that have ignored the most truthful story to ever be posted here regarding Obama…

I thought only libtards ran from the truth? I guess fear of ‘retaliation’ has made cowards of a few folks? Just a thought. But now is the worse time to show cowardice. NOW is time to grow a pair….big hairy ones! Confused? HORSE MANURE! He’s not confused. He’s a racist! Plain and simple.

(Ok, so odds are I can’t physically do such a thing, but you know what I mean. :P )

Let’s be careful to tell it like it is…Obama did not call the Cambridge police stupid. He said,”They ACTED stupidly.” There’s a big difference even though it is just as offensive.

Having said that, I agree with just about everything else that has been said here and will add the word “arrogant” to the description.

Will Obama really apologize? Can he bring himself to say “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have gotten involved.” ? Stay tuned but don’t hold yer breath.

Kate … You nailed it when you said you guess that fear of retaliation has made cowards of a few folks. I have recently read comments by some who wanted to remain anonymous for that very reason. One was a person who has a business and was willing to voice his opinion but didn’t want his named used for fear of what “the government” might do. He specifically mentioned being afraid of the FBI and the IRS.

Well lets just file this under Dead horse beat down…..Obama is a racist? the hell you say? Duh…Damn Beck says what MOST free thinking folks know and it’s headline news…Unfunkingbelievable….

Now if Obama says “You blacks and Hispanics need to obey the laws of our land” that would be news. IF Obama says ” I’m HALF WHITE” without pre-conditional statements, that would be news…Obama is only black when it suits him, oh shit, I called him half white I must be racist…

I like Glenn Beck too, he’s a bit too emotional for my tastes but he is dead on message wise. I’m really beginning to like Lou Dobbs, he’s a thorn in the CNN side and I halfway expect to see him on Fox shortly.

I’m so glad these guys are sticking together. Obama’s mask is slowing falling off his face.

I just wrote a post on my blog about Obama needing to step aside and keep his mouth shut about the whole Gates thing. It was unnecessary for him to chime in and makes me question why he would even see the need to get involved.

Now I do have to disagree with the “demonstration of ghetto solidarity”. I’m not calling that anything but inaccurate. Don’t run with that idea, because it’s not even as it’s being made out to be. And because it’s different people seem to have had a problem with it. And I frown upon ignorance but yet I acknowledge that people don’t quite accept things they don’t understand. And with that, it was such a minuet thing I don’t even see why it was discussed.

The use of “ghetto” always confuses me anyways, seeing as to how the word is drawn from Jewish quarters during WWII. But no one needs a history lesson.

Is Obama a racist? No more than the next person living in America. I know that we all have our prejudices and people like to use that word interchangeably I do believe. I’ll be the first to admit that if being prejudice means being racist, then yes I guess I am racist.

Fred, I sent you an email.

And even among Conservatives, there is a bit of racial division I suppose…

    Definitions and semantics…

Have you never heard the saying “stupid is, as stupid does” ???

I think what Dickwad was REALLY thinking was:

Any white cop that was hasseling MY FRIEND, A PHD, A PROFESSOR, and BLACK, has just got to be stupid, acting in a stupidly manner. He was calling officer Crowley stupid (for doing his job)and there is no denying it.

  13. comment number 13 by: hardheadedtexan

It just seems that if the White Police Officer was guilty he would have been hanged. Even his family would be tormented. We would never hear the end of it.
But Gates was the person in the wrong and he gets to have a beer with Dumbo at the White House. Not a damned thing happened to him. If it were a White Prof at Harvard, he would have been fired.
We’re used to it now though. Whitey gets in trouble for racism. Blacks get a beer for racism.

    Re: Comment #12

Yes, Vigilante, I have heard that saying and I still maintain that doing something stupid or saying something stupid doesn’t mean the person IS stupid. If so, then probably everyone who writes on this blog is ‘stupid’ … being human. Who hasn’t done one or the other at sometime in their life?

In my opinion, someone who gives incorrect information makes one wonder if what else the person is saying is true especially if they don’t make a correction.

Not being a mind-reader, I can’t say for sure if Obama meant Officer Crowley and the Cambridge Police Dept are stupid or not…but you may be right.

I do believe Obama has a problem with white people.
I believe he has a problem with middle-class people.
    (white and black)
I think he considers us sheep to be lead.
    (brainless)
The old saying: You are judged by the company you keep applies and says plenty.
    I think Obama is a Socialist…pig.
Michelle called the Americans” mean and greedy people”
I personally think that they are mean and greedy people.
I voted for Ralph Nader…maybe next time they will offer me a candidate I can believe in.

    Yes, it IS real.

By the way, it happened in June.

    Of 2008.
